Main focus
New skills and clever considerations do no harm if people want to develop themselves or their organization. But without a curious reflection of their own values and beliefs, they remain ineffective.
Formats of interventions
Of course there are ways to differentiate between the formats "coaching", "training", and "organizational development". But I see more and more of these borders fading away. And that's good.
